"I was very fortunate to find Heddy as my listing agent in June of this year. When I first contacted her, I was worried that the home-selling process might take a long time. However, Heddy quickly put my concerns at ease by providing detailed market data and sharing a wealth of valuable information with us.At the early stage, she hired a highly professional photographer to take photos of our home. During the photo shoot, she communicated closely with the photographer, carefully discussing shooting angles, lighting, and other details. When I saw the final photos, I was amazed at how beautiful our home looked. I truly believe that this step played a key role in accelerating the entire selling process.I also clearly remember the first open house she hosted. She brought a stack of printed materials, including property information and nearby sales data, and even arrived early with some decorative items to stage the house. After the open house, she meticulously recorded the information of all visitors and followed up with each of them individually.
